PEP is a 501c3 non-profit corporation formed to provide affordable spaying and neutering services for companion cats and dogs. We also are working on funding to provide TNR (trap neuter/release) services for feral cat populations in our area of rural Missouri

Thank you for visiting our internet site. Our clinic is located in Bland, MO at 408 W. St. Louis Street. We offer surgeries and rabies vaccinations on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday by appointment. We have an all volunteer staff except for our veterinarians: Dr. Sheri Moellinger DVM, Dr. Kathy Baumstark DVM, and Dr. Nancy Roth DVM. They are all experienced and very capable and we are fortunate to have their services.

In order to make an appointment for your dog or cat, please go to the appointment page and send the information via  email at protecteverypet@centurytel.net. Or you may call us at 573-646-3155.

You may also contact us and make donations by mail at PEP, Inc., P.O. Box 273, Bland, MO 65014.

Our Feral cat van has been put into service!

Our thanks to Sugar Lakes Foundation for donating the funds for its purchase and
to Cutter Auto Sales for locating and preparing the van for inspection.
The wonderful advertising work was done by Gail Sherfy of St. James.

Our fundraising dinner in August will feature a live auction. If you have a craft or art object that you would be willing to donate, please call Carol Hanson at 573-646-3833.

Our Rummage Sale was a Success.
Donna Stough and Jeanne Craft put in long hours to pull the rummage sale together, but they agree it was all worth it. We took in $1220.00. Many thanks to all our loyal supporters, who donated so many great items.
Special thanks to Teresa Rhoads and “Absolutely No Place Like Home” for allowing us to use their premises for our sale. And to Bruce Sassmann for giving us the use of a storage locker for several months prior to the sale.

Nancy Roth, DVM and Tech Sue Lincoln busy on the first day of Feral cat surgeries.
