PEP is a 501c3 non-profit corporation formed to provide affordable spaying and neutering services for companion cats and dogs. We are providing TNR (trap neuter/return) services for feral cat populations in our area of rural Missouri

We offer surgeries and rabies vaccinations by appointment.Trap/neuter/return for feral cats is offered at no charge on Thursdays. Our veterinarians: Dr. Sheri Moellinger, Dr. Connie Medling, and Dr. Nancy Roth are experienced and very capable. We are fortunate to have their services.

SPRING RUMMAGE SALE
almost here! Our annual Rummage Sale on
April 26th during Springfest in Owensville. Time to go through cabinets,
closets, basements, barns, shelves and sheds. The storage locker in Belle still
has space to store rummage items, Give Donna Stough a call to arrange to take

NOTES & NEWS Our final numbers
for 2013 were better than we had reported. The final total was 1566 animals
sterilized. The State of
Missouri has specialty license plates with the words “I’m Pet Friendly” and dog
& cat icons. The money collected goes to support their annual spay/neuter
grants. We hope you will consider
getting these plates, to contribute to the funding available.
